Listing of Allotted shares through IPO ?

October 13, 2020 0
Listing of Allotted shares through IPO ?
Where will be the shares that are allotted through IPO will get deposited, Is it in NSE or BSE?

I will say it is a very good question however the answer is very simple. It all depends on with whom you got your account open. It's interesting right !! So let me tell you in detail. In India, we got two kinds of depositories. Namely **NSDL** is a short form for National Securities **Depository** Limited which deals with "National Stock Exchange" (NSE), whereas **CDSL** is the short form for Central **Depository** Securities Limited which works for Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).

Every brokerage firm have their tie-up with respective Depositories, we can not decide with whom we can get our documents validated, Basically the purpose of these  Depositories to check whether the documents that we provide are legitimate or not.

So when we get our account open on paper it would be mentioned with whom our documents are getting submitted so if its with NDSL then the stock falls under NSE and if it is CDSL then it is BSE.

Exceptions like CAM IPO since almost 67% were held with NSE and it is one of the promotors in this stock that is why it is not listed in NSE and only got listed in BSE.

Q & A - Merging of Trading and Demat Account's

August 10, 2020 0
Q & A - Merging of Trading and Demat Account's
Q. Can I open two trading accounts with two different broker firms and link one account to the other to make it to a single Demat account?

Ans. The answer is Yes and NO. I will explain why it is Yes/NO.

Things are no more the same as they used in the past. In the past, you can have a Trading account with one Broker and a Demat Account with another Broker. And by showing the CMR to other brokers they would have to do trading in Equity and buy stock on Delivery as they use to attach the Demat account. However, Since Dec 2019 that’s not the case. Now you have to open both Demat and Trading together with a broker if you are looking to Invest I mean if you are buying the Stock on Delivery you must have a Demat Account.
permitted

However, if u want to take the Intraday benefit of a Discount broker like High Leverage, Low Brokerage, then you can open only a Trading account with them which means you can only trade but can not buy a stock on a delivery basis and then open a Demat Account with some other broker.

Q & A- Zero Brokerage

August 07, 2020 0
Q & A- Zero Brokerage
Q. What is Zero brokerage on delivery trading in India?

Ans. Before we talk about the Zero Brokerage, Let’s Understand what Brokerage means: It is a Price that a Brokerage Firm charges from the client on buying and selling of a stock in the Stock Market, Now Zero Brokerage Means that the Brokerage Firm will not charge anything from the client when he buys a stock on Delivery mode(CNC). However, do remember that we need to pay the other charges, Like: STT, GST on Brokerage, Turn Over Charges, Stamp Duty, SEBI Charges
Below are a few Brokerage firms that would not charge brokerage on Delivery.

Zerodha, Upstox, Fyers, Angel Brokering, and so on.

Q & A - ICICI Bank

August 07, 2020 0
Q & A - ICICI Bank

Q.I have bought ICCIBANK share @394.50. Should I sell it for losses?

Ans. Well, ICICI bank is a fundamentally strong stock, however our profits always depend on “ At what price we brought “ then “what Stock we brought” because even if we have brought a good stock at a higher price, the returns would not be great and it’s going take a lot of time and patience of a trader, however the only good thing with good strong stock’s are that we may not lose the money.
Now coming to your question about ICICI Bank. Interestingly the above explanation matches your question. Because the price at which you brought the ICICI Bank stock is the highest in the last 3–4 months.
The price of 394.2 is the highest and lowest being at 318.
340 is acting as strong support.
380 will act as a strong Resistance
Now the stock is trading at 358.75, In my opinion, hold the stock .. Buy more if possible near to 340. So that u can get ur average price down to 370 or below. I am expecting the prices to come down a little, correction is pending so “ BIG NO “ to buy at this level.

Q&A Loan on Trading

Q. I want loan 40000 for trading can I get it

A. Sir, you may not get the loan for Trading, However, you can take a personnel loan or loan on credit cards. However, I really do not suggest you take any kind of loan for trading it is better to invest with whatever you have at the beginning than once you gain confidence then you can think of the trade.Hope this answered your question.
